Sunday Postcards

I am going through a little hiatus in my creativity so postcards for Fiber Art for a Cause is still a great way to get those brain cells going.


I made these yesterday and really like the texture of the layers of organza with reverse applique and the quilting. Nic Bridges has been doing this technique for a while and I have been meaning to try and it was very satisfying.

Little dots are lovely tactile beads and green striped fabric is silk out of my wonderful scrap bag (actually 4 kg bag) brought back from Bangkok
