Just arrived home from Kalgoorlie - it has been a long day but thought I would show you some of the sights. I am only home for a couple of days before heading up to Brisbane for the Textile Arts Festival.
This is the Goatcher Curtain in the Boulder Town Hall. A rare example of remaining scenic art has been restored and it was great to see it. We were the only people in the hall and got up really close.
All the curtains etc on it are painted and the detail is incredible.
