You may remember a beaded piece I started a while ago but I tend to fluctuate between projects and it has been a busy time
Anyway here it is and I would love a name for it.
It will eventually make it on the website for sale once I frame it. It is 6in x 6in and very tactile.
Update - thanks so much for all the wonderful comments and names - still deciding.
As I have already had some enquiries - the price of the framed piece will be AUD$300 (US$285) and please feel free to contact me if you are interested.

Bejewelled?
That's a very nice piece. Neither of my suggestions are particularly inspiring I'm afraid, but my first thought was Medusa - all those snakes/hair - and the other was Shiva who seems to have lots of arms waving about and sparkly bits, too
Firstly, welcome back! I love reading your entries and was saddened to hear of your retreat....
Now, a name..... Utopia?
When I look at your beautiful piece, it reminds me of looking down on a valley from a height, and it reminds me of many aspects of our life that seem to be vanishing... the lush green river flats, rivers meandering through a valley, full of water and life, and the centre piece made me think of a beautiful oasis, a haven rich in promise.... I love it!
"All The Rivers Run" is what jumped into my head when I took a look at it...Very, very nice indead...
I thought 'Aw, Salome" before I even saw you wanted a name...
It is stunning, and I am glad you came back, can't say here what I think of nasty blog comments but it has to do with sex and travelling.
Hugs,
Jas
It's beautiful and exotic, Lisa. It immediately made me think of Peacocks and India. On that vein, perhaps The Rajah's Peacock, or The Rajah's Garden ?
Welcome back, btw. I am so glad you didn't stay away too long.
Lisa, that's just stunning! I'm not very good with naming my pieces, but I agree with any of the Indian theme'd suggestions. So glad you decided to start blogging again. I had a LOL when I read Jasmine's comment above, well done!!

Cosmos or In the Beginning. It reminds me of the birth of the solar system, so it could be The Big Bang!
Ursula... reminds me of Ursula from the Little Mermaid! She was the evil octopus in case you haven't seen it.
It's GORGEOUS. I think you should seriously value add and charge a fortune for it.
How ? Make it the focal point of an evening handbag - MCA has them for several hundreds and they're no way as lovely as this.
The first thing that came to me was "Eye of the Universe"...it's a stunning piece - I can't imagine how much time it took to do all of that beading!
Absolutely beautiful! I love all of the different textures that are created by the variety of beads. Go Green is what is popping into my mind. You amaze me with your talents. You Go Girl!

Oceans Alive? Alive? Cosmos? Spark?
Brilliance?
Whatever its called it is wonderful with the brilliant colours and embellishments. Love all your work and don't worry about jealous people. You are inspiring me to have a go at something art quilted. Thank you for sharing.

WoW WoW WoW ...stunning. What a lot of work ! You are the diva divine!
My first thought when I saw this piece was that it reminded me of an exotic native forest, along that vane, the Maori god of the forest is Tane Mahuta (remember the 'e' in Tane is not silent, so it is pronounced Tarn-eh)
Oh wow Lisa, your piece is exquisite. I'm inclined to suggest something like "The Eye Of Nefertiti".
I just found out that Nefertiti means something along the lines of 'the beautiful one has arrived' - how appropriate!
Whatever you choose to call it, it's magnificent!
what a fabulous piece Lisa....the colours and swirls and the flowing movement of it made me think of the ocean during a storm..the paler sections being the white foam from the waves...so i thought ocean storm or sea storm were appropriate names...as usual you have done yourself proud
Now tell us what you have decided!
Hi Lisa,
Absolutely luscious! Instantly reminded me of rock pools, seashells, barnacles, tides ... it's so organic and alive.
Love your piece...makes me want to reach into the computer screen and touch it...can't think of a name though
