New Quilt COLOURPLAY

This is my latest published quilt. It is called Colourplay and has just been published in Australian Patchwork and Quilting Magazine.

Also included in the magazine are templates for all letters of the alphabet so that the word Colour (sorry US quilters but that is how we spell it here) can be substituted for any word.

Wouldn't it make a great quilt for any child personalised with their own name and in such bright and vibrant colours?

Lisa,

It is a lovely quilt and I have my copy of the magazine, and a great idea to personalise it with a childs name, or a grownup for that matter. Congratulations on having it published.

It is not so much that Austalians spell colour with a U as that, well, thats how it is actually spelled - I should know. My countrymen invented the language. Take note tea-dumping renegade colonials. PS Love you really!

Wow I like this, lovely and bright!
Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, UK and Ireland all spell the above word... 'Colour' only the USA spells it 'Color'... So... We win!!
I hope this quilt will be hanging at some USA show one day LOL
