In Kalgoorlie the most impressive sight has to be the Super Pit. This is an amalgamation of all the mines into one enormous open cut mine
The tiny trucks you see in the distance are constantly going up and down with their loads. This is the size of the shovel and four of these fill one truck. The sizes and volumes are really hard to comprehend. This is me standing in a display one at the top.
