Dyad Opening

Just back from Nic & Janine's Dyad Exhibition Opening. A wonderful selection of textile, painting and sculptural pieces from both artists.

I really loved the one above but as a bit out of my price range but luckily there was a smaller version which I had to have.

Here is Nic looking happy next to my purchase called Elements - Water Study. Love the texture of the satin and velvet and the quilting. The one next to it is called Elements - Fire Study. Also gorgeous and great to see some of my fabrics in use too.

Dyad Exhibition

Two of my great friends - Nic Bridges and Janine Matthews have combined to create this exhibition which opens in Wollongong on the 1st July with the official opening on the 3rd July.

I am really looking forward to seeing what they have come up with as they are both very talented artists.
