Last night we had a Chinese New Year Banquet at one of our favourite restaurants - Billy Kwong run by Kylie Kwong who has a wonderful attitude to modern Australian/Chinese food.
These were the Sashimi
This was the Beetroot and Carrot and Egg salad
The banquet was 10 courses and the last course was Butterfly Cakes made by Kylie's mother. They were yummy.
