I am on a teaching tour of Tasmania which is great fun. I love being able to combine 'business' with pleasure. This is my view as I write this blog post. It is Port Huon and the cottages are right on the river and a perfect way to start the day. We are on the balcony eating Matthew Evans Baked Beans and watching the salmon farms at work.
We are currently spending a few days down south and yesterday was spent on the Tahune Air Walk -a magnificent structure built over the rainforest
