Cat Sitting

My daughter has been in Japan for a few weeks and we were lucky enough to get her cats to look after. One disappeared under the bed or behind drawers for about a week but Battle Cat was very social. She did however, like to be in the limelight at all times

when she wasn't sleeping of course.

They came back today and the house seems a little empty now but they did bring back some yummy Japanese sweets. Like everything the Japanese do, it was packed perfectly and in their own box. Too delicious to eat I think.

We have a cat sitter coming to our house twice a day for the next week to look after our three (and the rabbit) - it's worked out heaps cheaper than putting them in a boarding place.

Sorry we couldn't find the time to get together for dinner this week - we had so much to do to get ready for Perth, and a bunch of yucky deadlines at work too. Week after next?

xx
