Good News

I have just been informed that the quilt I did with my friend Nic Bridges - Bushfire Sunset - has been accepted to Houston. I am very thrilled.
Here is a little bit of it as I don't know if you are allowed to post pictures.

Congratulations to you Lisa & Nic what an honour ... Me tinks it's your year - go for it. I found your website & blog through Sarah Ann Smith's blog on Sat - loved your Aurora quilt - thrilled to see you were an Ozzie too.
Low & behold I go to the newsagency yesterday, Sunday, casually look through the quilt books - 'what was the name of that quilt book I read about yesterday???' & there was your quilt on the DvD bought it immediately - went home & watched it straight away ... awesome. Thank you so much for sharing, it was great. All the very best & I hope you have a wonderful time in UK - be a bit dam warmer eh? I'll be looking out for you in Brisbane OOroo ... Bethel of Bethania
