We have just received the latest design in the Artistcellar range of Stencils and I love them.
I have always admired the Islamic designs - especially the stars and have had this photo of a tile design from the V&A in London in my 'definitely have to use this' file
I had a play around yesterday with just a few Opulence paints on the four designs
But I thought they looked a bit bland so I pulled out some primaries in the Sun Dyes and gave them a bit of additional colour
I think they look much better now. I love the way the Opulence acts a resist and still comes through after a wash of water based paints is applied

These are fabulous Lisa! I love the combination of colors you used. It's so cool to see how different people use the stencils.
